This is how the closing ceremony of the second edition of the Executive ICAM programme – Corporate Governance Directors – went.

This initiative, launched by ICAM, has been created to provide guidance to those who either hold positions of responsibility on state boards of directors or aspire to do so. The closing ceremony summarised the key elements of the course, which was based on dialogue and practical experience, whilst looking to the future and the challenges facing the sector. During the graduation ceremony, the participants were presented with their diplomas, including Patricia Abad, founder of Hemina Abogados.
